Precondition

文件的先決條件，用於條件運算。

欄位
聯集欄位 condition_type。先決條件的類型。condition_type 只能是下列其中一項：
exists

boolean

如果設為 true，則目標文件必須存在。如果設為 false，則目標文件不得存在。
updateTime

string (Timestamp format)

設定時，目標文件必須存在，且在該時間已更新。時間戳記必須對齊微秒。

採用 RFC3339 世界標準時間「Zulu」格式的時間戳記，採用奈秒解析度和最多九個小數位數。範例："2014-10-02T15:01:23Z" 和 "2014-10-02T15:01:23.045123456Z"。
