Lost project access

If you can't access your Firebase project in the Firebase console, see I can load the Firebase console, but why can't I find or access my Firebase project? and Why isn't my Firebase project showing up in my list of Firebase projects? for step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

One other issue might be that the firebase:enabled label has been removed from the Google Cloud project. Firebase projects are Google Cloud projects. If this has happened, you can open your project in the Cloud console and re-add the label. The project should then re-appear in the Firebase console. For more information and step-by-step instructions, see Why does my Google Cloud project have a label of firebase:enabled?.

If the steps provided in the previous links from the Firebase FAQ do not resolve your issue and you believe the project may have been deleted, you can try restoring the project.

If you are still unable to access your project, we recommend filing a GCP Acount and Resource Recovery Request or follow the Support Contact Troubleshooter for Google Cloud to regain access.
