FCM Android diagnostics

The FCM Android diagnostics page is available on Android devices. It contains information to help you start troubleshooting message delivery on test devices or any other device where you have access. To open the diagnostics page and check delivery status:

  1. Dial *#*#426#*#* to open the FCM Diagnostics page.
  2. Tap the EVENTS button to show the event log.
  3. Check whether the message was delivered to the device. There should be a log entry reading Received (id= …).
The log can be filtered by clicking the search icon. Filtering by the app’s package name is probably the most useful approach. Your next step depends on whether the message was received or not received.
