E-commerce consente di misurare le interazioni degli utenti con i prodotti nelle esperienze di acquisto dei tuoi utenti, incluse interazioni come visualizzazioni di elenchi di prodotti (articoli), clic sugli elenchi di prodotti, visualizzazione dei dettagli dei prodotti, aggiunta di un prodotto a un carrello degli acquisti, avvio della procedura di pagamento, acquisti e rimborsi.

Prima di iniziare
Assicurati di aver configurato il progetto e di poter accedere ad Analytics come descritto in Inizia a utilizzare Analytics. La misurazione e-commerce richiede di collegare il progetto Firebase a un account Analytics e di avere l'SDK Android v17.3.0 o iOS v6.20.0 e versioni successive nella tua app.
Implementazione
Una tipica implementazione e-commerce misura tutte le azioni elencate di seguito:
- Selezionare un prodotto da un elenco
- Visualizzare i dettagli del prodotto
- Aggiunta/rimozione di un prodotto da un carrello degli acquisti
- Avviare la procedura di pagamento
- Esecuzione di acquisti o rimborsi
- Applicare le promozioni
Alla base di queste azioni ci sono i prodotti. I prodotti possono essere strumentati come un array di elementi che possono essere aggiunti agli eventi e-commerce prescritti.
Tieni presente i seguenti limiti:
Un array di articoli può includere fino a 27 parametri personalizzati, oltre ai parametri prescritti.
Un singolo evento di e-commerce può includere fino a 200 articoli. Se provi a inviare più di 200 elementi, quelli oltre questo limite verranno eliminati e non inclusi nei dati sugli eventi.
