בעזרת SmartAnswer API של ML Kit אפשר ליצור באופן אוטומטי
תשובות להודעות. התכונה 'תשובות מהירות' עוזרת למשתמשים להשיב להודעות במהירות, ומאפשרת להם להשיב להודעות בקלות במכשירים עם יכולות קלט מוגבלות.
המודל 'תשובה מהירה' יוצר הצעות לתשובות על סמך
את ההקשר של שיחה, ולא רק הודעה אחת, וכתוצאה מכך
הצעות מועילות יותר למשתמשים.

מגבלות
התכונה 'תשובה מהירה' מיועדת לשיחות רגילות באפליקציות לצרכנים. יכול להיות שהצעות התשובות לא יתאימו להקשרים או לקהלים אחרים.
בשלב הזה, יש תמיכה רק באנגלית. המודל מזהה באופן אוטומטי אם
בשפה אחרת, ואם כן, לא יספק הצעות.
איך המודל פועל
כדי ליצור הצעות לתשובות, המודל משתמש בעד 10 מההודעות האחרונות בהיסטוריית השיחות.
הוא מזהה את השפה של השיחה ומנסה לספק תשובות רק כשהשפה נקבעת כאנגלית.
בשלב הבא, המודל משווה את ההודעות לרשימה של נושאים רגישים,
לא תקבלו הצעות כאשר יזוהה נושא רגיש.
אם נקבע שהשפה היא אנגלית ואין נושאים רגישים
